  ### Which payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or classic SEPA bank transfer.

### Do I need to change my banking details?

No. If you prefer to continue paying by SEPA transfer, nothing changes for you. Our bank details remain the same.

### Is online payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed via Mollie, a regulated payment service provider based in the Netherlands, fully compliant with EU security standards (PCI-DSS, SSL encryption).

### Where do I find the payment link?

The payment link is included directly in your invoice email and on the invoice itself.

### Are there any additional fees for card payments?

No. We do not pass on any payment processing fees to our customers. The invoice amount stays the same.

### What happens if my payment fails?

You can retry at any time via the payment link, or pay by SEPA transfer instead. Feel free to contact us at <office@dkd.de> if you need assistance.

### Will I receive a payment confirmation?

Yes. After a successful payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
