Which payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or classic SEPA bank transfer.

Do I need to change my banking details?

No. If you prefer to continue paying by SEPA transfer, nothing changes for you. Our bank details remain the same.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed via Mollie, a regulated payment service provider based in the Netherlands, fully compliant with EU security standards (PCI-DSS, SSL encryption).

Where do I find the payment link?

The payment link is included directly in your invoice email and on the invoice itself.

Are there any additional fees for card payments?

No. We do not pass on any payment processing fees to our customers. The invoice amount stays the same.

What happens if my payment fails?

You can retry at any time via the payment link, or pay by SEPA transfer instead. Feel free to contact us at if you need assistance.

Will I receive a payment confirmation?

Yes. After a successful payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

How can I change my plan?

You can switch to another plan on the page Change plan.

How often can I change my plan?

You can change your plan every 30 days.

Do you have a minimum contract term?

Yes, the minimum contract term is 30 days.

Are there smaller plans?

No, if you only use one language, it is advisable to use the second core for a test system.
